With the support of dr. Nhiem Lu, deputy professor at #FHDortmund, Schulz took the opportunity to develop a concept together with his students in the IT winter semester.

Based on our ELC Schulz GmbH needs, the studies should create a presentation to give us recommendations on how we can approach future recruiting differently.
In addition, the studies should design a new recruiting platform on how to bring companies and specialists together in general.

4 teams were formed. The Transformers team won. The combination of presentation, solution approaches and developed app performed best here.

This individual challenge showed that the studies performed very well in the team and took into account the individual needs of the #craft.
